Atrium at Tribune is located in the beautiful Tribune precinct in the cool Eastside area of Hastings. This modern venue features stunning indoor and outdoor spaces with a fusion of raw materials and contemporary design that can be easily transformed for any event. The Atrium is a blank canvas that can be transformed to suit any kind of event.
The Atrium is a stunning 250m2 space situated in the former printing warehouse. With nine metre high glazed ceilings, a mezzanine walkway, large sectional glazed doors and stunning black steel spiral staircase it creates a dramatic and unique venue. The ceiling has been fitted with black acoustic panels, which ensure excellent sound and heat control.

URBAN GARDEN
Atrium at Tribune opens out to the Urban Garden, a landscaped courtyard oasis that can be hired separately to the main Atrium space. Set in the heart of the Tribune precinct with its beautifully restored character and contemporary buildings, the Urban Garden is a stunning landscaped area. Capability to host Flagship Event’s Carolina marquee or a Mardigras 10x10 marquee.

CATERING
We have selected the best in local caterers for our preferred catering list so you can choose the vendor to best suit your occasion. These catering providers will provide staff for the event. The Atrium hire includes use of an onsite commercial kitchen.

We are a BYO venue. Our spaces are licensed to have alcohol served but you will need to provide a duty manager. Your selected catering provider may provide this for you or you may choose a serviced bar option.

Furniture Hire + Marquees
The Atrium venue includes cocktail furniture - two sofa settings, four bar tables and stools.
Additional furniture or a marquee can be hired from our brand partners Flock Events, Mardigras Event Hire and Flagship Events (POA).
Styling
It is your special event and we encourage you to transform the spaces to make them your own. Our onsite stylist Flock Events is available to assist with your event.

If there is no booking for the Atrium it is possible to hire the Urban Garden as a separate event.

There is street parking available around Tribune and a Council park one block away accessed off Queen Street.

We have selected the best in local caterers as our preferred caterers list but happy to discuss other options to ensure your perfect day.

Our onsite stylist Flock Events is available to assist with creating your perfect event and on the day styling. Their packages are available on request (services not include in the Atrium investment). They are happy to provide you with a list of recommended florists.

The Atrium venue hire includes the following:
Use of the commercial kitchen
Cocktail furniture including two sofa settings and four bar tables and stools.
Sound system and microphone.
All other hire items are at the cost and responsibility of the client.

We have significant enquiry so we suggest you look to book your event well in advance particularly for summer weekends and weddings.

Yes you certainly can! Although we encourage you to try the delicious craft beer on offer from our Tribune neighbour, Brave Brewing (who offer special Atrium rates) you are welcome to provide whatever beverages you would like for your special event.

The Atrium and Urban Garden are available:
Thursday & Friday 6pm to 11.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 11.30pm
Access to the Atrium during the week for setup and packdown is before 9am and after 3pm so as to minimise disruption for our working tenants.

When you hire the Atrium it is your private venue for the time you have it. Atrium and the Urban Garden are set within the Tribune precinct so there may be activity around you as you would expect from an urban venue.
